Rental Policy
Payment Requirements
Renter shall pay the full rental amount and required security deposit prior to the release of the vehicle. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle, or other approved methods.
Renter Eligibility Requirements
Renter must be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record with no major accidents, and provide proof of insurance coverage that extends to the vehicle being rented.
Insurance & Liability
Renter is fully responsible for any and all damage to the vehicle during the rental period regardless of fault, including towing, storage, administrative fees, and loss of use if the vehicle is rendered undrivable.
Vehicle Use Restrictions
No additional drivers are permitted unless pre-approved in writing. Vehicle may not be driven outside the DFW Metroplex without written consent. Prohibited activities include street racing, burnouts, drifting, reckless driving, or off-road use. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Violation fee: $500.
Vehicle Condition & Inspection
A detailed inspection checklist will be completed at pick-up and drop-off. Renter acknowledges receipt of the vehicle in clean, undamaged condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
Indemnification
Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Utopian Exotics, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, fines, and expenses arising from use or misuse of the vehicle, violation of any law, or accidents caused by renter or unauthorized drivers.
Termination & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of rental start time result in forfeiture of the rental deposit. Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately if renter violates any terms.
